Edith Marie Crawley
Edith Marie Crawley, 78 of Andersonville passed away on February 19, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was born on February 8, 1942 in Andersonville to the late Everett and Helen (Matney) Dunn. Edith attended New Salem High School. She married Harvey Crawley, Jr. on June 30, 1963 and he preceded her in death on August 14, 2007. Edith was a lifetime member of the Buena Southern Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing Bingo and watching game shows. Edith loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Edith is survived by her son, Everett Crawley of Andersonville; daughters, Angie (Jim) Adams of Greensburg, Annette (James) Hunter of Andersonville, Melanie (Scott) Barrow of Rushville; brother, Albert Leon (Lisa) Dunn of Rushville; sisters, Roseanna Thompson of Rushville and Mary Kathryn Smith of Sunman; 5 grandchildren, James Robert (Erica) Adams III, Tristan James (Erica) Hunter, Jamie Jean (Keith) Pavey, Malinda Adams, Shaylee Rae Hunter; 12 great-grandchildren, Keegan Pavey, Wyatt Pavey, Dominic Pavey, Lane Hunter, Chase Hunter, Brennen Adams, Kiernyn Adams, Kinnley Adams, Kyler Johnson, Parker Morehead, Abel Ray Barrow, Rhea Barrow. She will also be missed by her great 4 legged companion, Maxx.
Edith is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and grandchildren, Devin Jarman and Madison Crawley.
Services will be held on February 22, 2020 at 10 AM in Buena Southern Missionary Baptist Church, with Brother Rob Edwards presiding. Friends are welcome to visit on Friday evening the family from 4PM-8PM at the church. Burial will be held in Hopewell Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia Association in memory of Edith.

We didn't know Edith personally but do live down the road from her. We know her grand son T.J. from the Indiana Free Mason's and her daughter Annette. We are so sorry to hear of her passing and we are sending prayers to the family..........
