Patty and I met in BPW and became friends and ended up traveling together after Lil died as she and Patty were usually roomies. We were also members of the BFF group for years. We shared a love of dogs and both used Barton's Pet Resort for them. Although I no longer live in IN, I keep in touch and am so sorry to hear of Patty Jo's passing. To her family and close friends, please accept my sympathy. She was a good person with a great sense of humor and will be missed by many and that includes me!

Patty and I are relatives somewhere down the line, our Mothers were related. She and I spent many times together as young girls, playing with dolls and a lot of make believe. Spent the night many times, We were both born in 1936, both lived in Rush county, graduated the same year, got married the same year. Lots in common through those years. She lived in Rushville, I lived in Carthage. We had lost touch many years ago, mainly because our families took us in different directions. I now live in Florida have 2 Daughters grown, 3 grandsons and 3 great Grandsons.
I am so sorry to hear of her passing, and wish her family many wishes for the remembrance of her and all that she meant
... to a lot of people. May God give you peace as you grieve and mourn.
In deepenst sympathy, Barbara & Eldon Plank
