Helen's Story

Helen Carolyn Munden-Cameron, daughter of Russell and Bertha Ward-Munden of Arlington, Indiana, was born July 29, 1926 in Arlington, Indiana.
She entered into eternal rest Jan. 4, 2017 at the age of ninety.
She graduated from Arlington High School with the Class of 1944 and on April 22, 1944 was married to Owen Cameron of Moscow, Indiana. Ms. Cameron enjoyed gardening her flowers, and had a great love for animals. Ms. Cameron was of the Christian Faith.
The family moved to West Plains, Missouri in 1963 and returned to the Cameron Farm in Moscow in 1981 where she lived until her husband, Owen Cameron's death in 1999. Helen then moved back to West Plains, Missouri in 2001.
Ms. Cameron is survived by three daughters, Lois Cameron-Turton, husband, Larry of Highlandville, Missouri, Mariana Langford, husband, Gary of Moscow, Indiana, and Nancy Edgeller, husband, Tim of West Plains, Missouri; five grandchildren, Kurt Wilbanks, wife, Tara, Angie Brown, Jody Hunt, Melissa Lapinski, husband, Sean, and Mandy Johnson, husband, Scott; eight great-grandchildren, Brittany, husband, Andrew, Jacob, Cameron, Krysten, Braydon, Randi, Tanner, and Gage.
Her husband and parents, precede her in death.
Graveside services to be Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017 at 2 p.m., Arlington East Hill Cemetery in Arlington, Indiana, Rev Bruce Cameron presiding.
Family is requesting in lieu of flowers that donations be sent to West Plains Regional Animal Shelter, West Plains, Missouri 65775.
